Conference Policy
Paper uploads: Each paper requires at least one advanced full registration. Each full registration may be used to upload up to two papers. Registrations cannot be shared or used to upload a paper for which the registrant is not an author.
Student registration: To register as a student, select the appropriate student registration category during the online registration and provide one of the following documents as proof of student status:
a) Copy of a current IEEE student membership card
b) Copy of a valid student card
c) An official letter from the student’s institution/university stating that the student is currently enrolled.
Cancellation & Refund:Registration fees for IEEE SMC 2026 are refundable, subject to a $300 cancellation fee, for cancellation requests received on or before August 30, 2026. Registrations used to upload a final paper to the conference are not refundable. No refunds will be issued after August 30, 2026. All approved refunds will be processed after the conference.
