The 2026IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC 2026) is the flagship conference of the IEEE Systems,Man,andCybernetics Society.Itprovidesan internationalforumfor researchers,educators,andpractitionersto learn, share knowledge, report most recent innovations and developments, and exchange ideas and advances in all aspects of cybernetics, human-machine systems, and systems science and engineering. The theme of the SMC 2026conference is “Human-Centric Intelligence: Shaping the Digital Future.” The conference will featureplenary/keynote speakers, workshops, special sessions, tutorials, and networking events.
