In response to numerous requests from prospective proposers and authors, IEEE SMC 2026 is pleased to announce the extension of the submission deadline for Regular, Special Session and Workshop papers to April 19, 2026.

We encourage all interested authors to take this opportunity to submit high-quality, impactful papers to the conference program. All submissions must be completed through the official PaperCept platform at: https://conf.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl.
